The Real Reason You Can't Stay Consistent
Hey,
Be honest — how many times have you told yourself "this time will be different"?
New habit. New routine. New week. Maybe you even planned the whole rebrand at night — the vision, the schedule, the "new you." And then you woke up the next morning and didn't even believe it anymore.
A few days later… you're back at Day 1. Again.
I've been there. And I used to think the problem was me — that I was lazy, inconsistent, or just didn't have what it takes. But when I started studying behavioral psychology, I realized something: it's not a you problem. It's a loop your brain is stuck in. And most people don't even know it's happening.
So I made a video about it. (LINK)
In this video, I'm breaking down: → The restart loop — why your brain keeps pulling you back to Day 1 → Why shame is keeping the cycle alive (and how to actually use it) → The difference between restarting and repairing (this one changed everything for me) → How to move forward without burning it all down and starting over
This isn't just another "how to be consistent" video. I'm giving you the psychology behind why you keep quitting — and what to do instead.
This is Week 1 of the December Reset Bootcamp — a free video series I'm running all month to help you stop spinning and actually enter 2026 with clarity, direction, and momentum.
Every week has a theme:
Week 1: Retention (why you can't hold onto progress)
Week 2: Definition (getting clear on who you're becoming)
Week 3: Capacity (building the internal resources to follow through)
Week 4: Direction (turning clarity into a real plan)
By the end of December, I want you to know exactly how you want 2026 to look — and actually believe you can get there.

Also — if you haven't already, head to The Simple Complex website (soon to be app). It's where you can track your habits, connect with others, and earn badges for each week of the challenge. You can find it here: [APP LINK]
Let's make this the last time you start over.
